4.AI Processing and Document Handling
Use of Gemini AI
We use Google's Gemini AI platform to process your PDF uploads and generate summaries. Your uploaded files are securely transmitted to Gemini's API for processing. Gemini does not retain or use your data for training unless otherwise stated in their privacy policy. See Gemini's policy for more details.
Document Retention
- •PDF files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of summarization completion or upon successful user download, whichever comes first.
- •Summaries generated from your documents are retained indefinitely in your account, unless deleted by you.
5.Sharing Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- •Service Providers: With trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- •Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
